buying games on steam VISA ELECTRON DEBIT

hi, i have VISA ELECTRON DEBIT card (raiffeisen bank), and i want to know can i buy games off steam with it. i know that some of these cards are not supported for online purchasing. mine has 16 digits + 3 number code, as i understand cards with that 3 number code are able to buy online.

also, i would like to know can i buy game on steam directly with card, without paypal, paypal account and similar. like i just enter card code on steam and i purchase game?

sorry if these are dumb questions, i'm new to online shopping, all my games i got as gifts (pay friend, he purchse it and send me as gift). thanx in advance.

It should be supported by Paypal, if you set up a Paypal account you can use that to make Steam purchases.

Most VISA cards should work by themselves, though.

ok, thank you guys. i was most bothered about paypal, because i would like to buy games without it, directly with visa electron debit card. other oppinions/experiences are welcomed too.

You can use it directly through steam. Just check their payment FAQ.
