Need help with flash player!

I've installed it and well it doesn't work for some reason and I dont know why because ingame radios uselly need flash player and never worked some help plz and if u suggest if I need shockwave flash player I've tried that too

Download the flash player uninstaller here[helpx.adobe.com]


Disable your AV scanner before running either. If you're using AVAST antivirus, right click the orange icon in systray, go to "Avast Shields Control" and choose to disable all shields for one hour.
Then disable your internet connection.
Then run the uninstaller followed by the 11.6 installer. or newly upgrated version like "11.7.700.224"
Re-enable you AV and internet connection after the installation completes.

umm.. im not quite a tec genuise but i dont use avast im useing norton 360 so would that basically eliminate the first thing? im just making double check and do i need to do anything with norton 360? im just really not sure...

Wait u 2 i found something here FlashPlayer with all kinds of numbers I did open it then it says download & Install flashplayer for free says all kinds of stuff but i think i found the problem if this doesnt work ill try yall way but i think i just found a way if it works im gunna keep these in mind incase if it stops
