A connection to the Steam VAC servers could not be made. For troubleshooting network issues, please click the link below.
I was trying to connect a server but after 5 minutes I received a black dialog saying "A connection to the Steam VAC servers could not be made. For troubleshooting network issues, please click the link below". How do you fix this? Please answer.

i have the same problem, also my friends list is offline

restart the pc, in my case it worked. XD
