Planetside 2 Terrible FPS

I'm getting horrid fps when playing planetside 2. I run a Windows Vista with a RadeonHD 5670. I know this is not the best graphics card in the world, but i have every graphics option turned off or put to the minimum. I've tried boosting the UserVA and also have updated my drivers. Please tell me a solution

Try going into task manager and turning of every single process that you don't need.
The processes actually take up so much of your CPU and ending some of them would put an increase in Framerate.

This game takes a lot of power and that video card is not going to cut it. You did not mention your CPU but it is also very CPU intensive. Try Tribes 2 or Hawken. They are also F2P with smaller areas and as such lower requirements.
