Nexon problem

Every since I've had this other laptop, when ever I try to play a game by nexon such as vindictus, dragon nest, or combat arms, the launcher file will start but never actually load, thus not allowing to play the game. Every other game works fine, just not nexon games. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Have you tried running in XP compatability mode?

Yes. i just tried that. I even ran it as adiministartor, but it still wont load. I used troubleshooter and it said its an incompatibale app, but it worked when i first i got the computer and some wat a little while back for dargon nest, but now i get nothing.
