what kind of file can i delete in steam folder
when steam update or something..it give birth to a lot of trash,they occupied my disk space,i wanna remove some of them,but don't know which one can be deleted,help guys.

You can delete everything in the Steam folder except for the Steam.exe and the Userdata and Steamapps folders. When you run Steam the next time, it will create/download what was missing and your games will not have disappeared.

steam will recreate what it needs. as long as you keep the steam.exe it will all come back it just costs a download.

I remember defense grid storing the save game data in the userdata folder and not have cloud enabled on the game.
so nothing is sure.

they enabled cloud 3 years later.

you could also keep the ssfn file with the numbers , than you don't need to do steam guard code again.
