1) Post your system specs
2) Post what problem you're having as 'not working' is not a description of anything.
If you're wanting help, consider not being rude to those offering their free time to aid you.
I can guarantee that if you continue with your present attitude and scorning attempts at help, nobody will be willing to provide you any assistance.
Glancing at your shared files, I see that you have two Dead Island screenshots, implying you can already run the first title fine. My suggestion is that you go to your library, right click on Dead Island Riptide, click properties. A window will come up, with multiple tabs. Click on local files, and select Verify integrity of game cache. Steam will verify whether or not the program downloaded and installed properly. If there were any problems, or missing files, Steam will re-download them. The process should take a few minutes. After that completes, attempt to run the game once more.
Edit: Alternatively, you may wish to simply delete the local game files and re-download on the whole.
Is the game still downloading?
What does your computer tell you when you TRY to open it?
If the second statement above is untrue, try right clicking the game in your steam library, and go Dead Island Riptide>Properties>Validate local cache.
Or better yet, just go yell at your cat to fix it or something. It'll do about as much good as the yelling you're doing right now.
