IP address rate limited.
Hello. Currently playing a game called War Frame. I am attempting to buy some of the in game currency but when I get to the purchase screen I get an error that says

"IP address rate limited"

There are a total of 4 of in the same house playing the game and I know that at lease 2 of us have bought in game money. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Generally an IP rate limit means that your ip address (which your household would share) has made too many requests to that site/company in a short space of time and it therefore won't let you continue until that time has passed.

Eg. I run a mail server and i say a single ip address can send 20 emails in an hour to avoid spamming. With 10 people the house, if they all send 2 emails, when someone tries to send one it would tell them they are ip rate limited until the hourly limit has passed.

I'd suggest waiting to see if an hour/day passes and it lets you in. Id imagine it's some sort of security to avoid fraud.
