Once the giveaway date ends, the system chooses 1 random winner on all entrants of the game. The system then announces the winner to the giveaway creator and the giveaway creator must now contact the winner to send the game through his email (which the system gives you privately) or the winner directly to give the game in steam.
After the winner gets his gift, the winner must now mark the giveaway as received so the giveaway creator gets feedback. The giveaway creator has 7 days to deliver the steam game or the winner can and has the privilege to mark the giveaway as not received.
Quick, example. I create a giveaway for skyrim, skyrim costs 30P to enter. All members of the steamgift community gets 6 points
Points are maxed at 300points where at that point you don't get any more points
P.S: Not sure about 20%, it's just a hypothetical percentage
You must have a steam account accounting to at least 100$ worth of games. Create a steamgifts account and join/create giveaways. I think you start at 60P upon registering.
