I am afraid this situation will have to be reported to trading standars, first they take your money and 24hrs later still no solution; Steam is aware of the problem and continue ADVERTISING and SELLING the product; well i don't think so. This Chat Log is going to be copied to the appropriate ombudsman. :(

...i hate this clients...issues with battlefield and origin a few days ago and now this sh** with steam...i think if someone is selling a product without actually having it, this is called "fraud"

This is the first time i've used steam to purchase a game so not impressed with this CD key issue. Not sure i'll be purchasing from here again. speaking as a web developer / designer it should be relatively simple to add a rule to the advert / title to say only show ad / sell game when AVAILABLE CD KEYS > 0"

Funny thing worth mentioning: Only AFTER the purchase and the download, the store page on Max Payne 3 suddelny tells me, there are no CD keys available. Bull**** Steam. This is unacceptable!!!

I hope Steam is keeping track of who needs CD Keys and don't start giving them to new buyers once they get them...So can a Steam rep give us an update; 1. When are the keys going to be available? 2. How are customers who bought the game and had no Key are going to be notified 3. What sort of compensation are they going to offer to the customers who faithfully bought this gme and have been unable to play it for over 48 hours. i am awaiting your answers please.
