Paypal instant transfer too steam not working??

I've started going back to steam a couple days ago and wanted to purhcase something and I went through paypal like I always did to make my purchases. As I went to log into my paypal account, it says add a credit card option or make a deposit and wait 3-5 business days. After that I tried to go on and try and retry it if it was just an error. But I wasn't working so I decided to look up on multiple forums and little to my surprise alot of other users have encountered this probelm as well. After a few hours of searching for a way to fix the problem but no luck. So i've decided to post a forum on steam too see if any other steam users have found a way to fix it.

Yeah I had an error completing a Paypal purchase. Steam is the only site I've ever used that was not able to complete a Paypal purchase.

Yeah i have a probelm where it dosnt recognize my contry and i check and its set to the same as pay pal whats going on is it just not working or is it a bug?

so am i. i used to do paypal instant transfer without any problems, without credit cards, without paypal balance. just my bank account linked on paypal. but since last update, around june 27th or 29th 2013, this problem occured. i also tried to look for answers but unfortunately i found nothing. steam is the only one whom i had this problem. my paypal instant transfer still works on other stuffs.

Just make an alternative paypal account, send it money, then send it back to primary. Boom - you have money on your primary account.

Gave steam a shot, and its continuously made its self look worse and worse games needing re-downloading, and it can't stay reliable at all with its payment system. It really is random at times too, sometimes I can bypass the crap via using another computer, but that's not working any more either. Why is valve determined to be a pain? Nothing else has this problem only steam.

Oh it updated? How typical. Updates, break more things then fix.
