How do I view/download my files from the Steam Cloud?
As my Skyrim character saves started to clutter my hard drive, I did some cleaning. Unfortunately, I deleted a few too many files (I mistook SKSE files as save files), completely deleting certain characters. I have scoured the internet, but I cannot find how I look up what files I have on the Cloud. Is there a such thing as downloading individual files from the Steam Cloud, or does the syncing bit delete files from the Cloud?

If its not too late, restore from your Window's Recycle Bin.
If you empty that automatically every minute you're out of luck.
I don't know if this will work, but restart steam and then Skyrim... it might bring your missing heroes back... if they're in the cloud.
Unfortunately I have never seen any way to browse the raw data of what is actually stored in the steam cloud.
Good luck.
