Right click Grand Theft Auto 4 in your Steam Client Library and click "View Product Key".

If it's still showing a "...", you can make the column larger by clicking and dragging.

For some reason I cannot click and drag the scale the product key box, what are my other options? I can't believe people are having this issue on Steam. I can't play Wargame: Airland battle, and I've been waiting to play this for a while...

All of you can resize it, do not shift+tab during game to view CD key. Instead alt+tab out to main screen where steam client is running, right click game and click view CD key, that window you may resize. :D:

For purchases that have been completed from Steam, how can we see CD-Keys to use with new Rockstar Launcher? I haven't noted and written down anywhere so far gathering from Steam library > Right Click > View CD Key after installation.

As far as I know, after March 2020 update, we longer can see the keys from library context menu which belongs to GFWL.

VALVE did NOT e-mail the CD-Key when I purchase GTA 4 and EFLC digitally, just receipt.

Is it still available for GTA 4 Complete Edition after GFWL has been dropped? I read many comments mentioning that the key is not reachable from now on due to that reason and Rockstar has forced their own DRM.

This thread will be necro-locked shortly, but, no. indeed it isn't: that "key" was a GFWL key and GTA4 is no longer a GFWL game since 2020. This is also to say that you should not need it for anything -- but if I remember correctly you may need to for purposes of recovering a Rockstar account. Believe I noticed a thread like that over in the GTA4 forum at some point.

Once again if not mistaken I believe the answer was that you can go Help -> Steam Support, find the "Grand Theft Auto 4: The Complete Edition" entry in your purchases and open a manual "I have a question about this purchase" ticket. If you explain that you need the key from the time that you bought it for purposes of Rockstar account recovery they should be able to provide you with it.

If the purpose is not Rockstar account recovery I'd feel it likely that you in fact only think you need it, but in any case, if the above is not helpful already ask again in the GTA4 forum

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
