Steam product won't activate *SOLVED*

I have a beta key for a game, and when I try to enter it through, "Activate a Product on Steam..." it tells me that my account has already activated the code, and to click "Next" to install. However, there IS no "Next" button. Only, "Finish", and when I press that, the popup closes, and nothing happens. Is there a solution?
EDIT: Figured it out, turns out the beta was over, so I had a useless Beta Key.

Just go to your library and find the entry and press install. That should download the game so you can play it

I just checked, it's not in my library

Navigate to the search in the store and see if it says purchase or if it says install if it says purchase that means it wasn't activated properly if it says install then click that

Try going to the paradox forums for the game http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?690-Showdown-Effect-%28The%29 and register your key. That should allow you see if its a legitimate key and ask in the beta forum there for help - theres a possibility some other people have had the same problem. You could try restarting steam as well to see if that changes anything. Have you tried activating the key again?

I have tried restarting Steam, activating the key, and logging out and back in. None of it worked. I'll try seeing about the key registering thing.

Wait, it says that the beta is over...

Ah yes just looked over it again. Yes the beta is over - people who purchased the game have early access but there is no more beta available. If you own the game you should be able to get the early access, otherwise you'll have to purchase it
