Steam Support - Disabled Account

How and who do we contact to raise a complaint about Steam Support?

My account has been disabled and the page suggests emailling steamsupport @ valvesoftware.com but when you do you receive an email saying advising the email address is no longer monitored and contact steam support at http://support.steampowered.com.

There is no way for my query to be raised via Steam Support or the Email address as this is a broken loop in Steam's processes.

That's the procedure i know from Support.
We are definetly missing (huge) parts of the story here.

In any case, as stated, only support can sort things out. Keep working with them.

i cant play my games in my account and if i try to unlock my account, nothing happens
