Help cant get out of tf2

im playing tf2 i get out tf2 then i want 2 log out then they say : cant log out first exit tf2 helpppp :-(

Open up your Task Manager and go to the Processes tab.
Locate "HL2.exe" and end that process.

Please do what I have said. Steam is saying you are in Team Fortress 2, therefore your HL2.exe process is still running.
