Im trying to trade whit my freand but when i click the trade button it sais that he,s aleready in an trade can i get some help

To trade, both accounts need to meet a few requirements:

- Steam Guard must have been active for at least 15 days on both accounts.
- Both accounts need to have had a successful Steam purchase between 30 and 365 days ago.
- If you're trying to trade TF2 items, both accounts need TF2 Premium.

i have this error that says my account isnt set to trade even though i have tf2 premium and the steam guard.

Yesterday my trades wont accept. its errors just errors and still just errors probably a bug
