Playing on DELL Inspirion 1545 (intel graphics).

Hi guys,

I'd like to purchase couple of games via STEAM, but first I want to make sure that these games will work on my laptop.

My laptop is DELL INSPIRION 1545, 2009 model.
Processor: Intel Pentium T4200 / 2.0 GHz ( Dual-Core )
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Hard Drive: 250 GB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7
Display Type: 15.6 in TFT active matrix
Max Resolution: 1366 x 768 ( HD )
Graphics ProcessorIntel: GMA 4500MHD Dynamic Video Memory Technology 5.0

Once I purchased Amnesia via STEAM, and by the minimum system requirements I thought that the game would work on my laptop, but I only found out that the game wouldn't work after I installed it. The Amnesia won't run on Intel graphics, which I didn't know.

I have a list of games, that I'd like to know if I could run them on this laptop. Playing with low to medium graphics settings is fine, if possible.

Could you please advise me if any of below listed games could be played on above descibed laptop?

1. Omerta - City of Gangsters;
2. Counter Strike: Global Offensive;
3. Team Fortress 2;
4. Counter Strike: Source;
5. Left 4 Dead 2;
6. Deadlight;
7. Condemned: Criminal Origins;
8. Dungeonland.

Thanks chengshi. I am currently playing Killing Floor on low-medium and it's smooth. Age Of Empires Online on low and sometimes lags. I'd still like to hear what others think, and also if you know a good game that could run on my laptop, please let me know. Thanks again!

You're made mistaken. Most Soucre game will running on some oldest Intel fine. Sm0kaZ can running TF2, Counter-Stike series, left 4 dead series and half life series.

Thanks for your opinion Jamebonds1. I'll try TF2 Demo and I'll purchase CS:S to start with. I'm not sure about Left 4 Dead 2. Is L4D1 still popular?

That is no TF2 demo, that is free to play with full version. I was told that L4D2 is most popular and best.

Yeah. Possilbe high setting. L4D2 have same engine as TF2 have.
