Goto Library > Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Mulitplayer

Right click it and then select Delete Local Content...

ganger nothing happened. when i delete it and install it again, all of my weapons and my rang is there.(because someone used a level hack and now im prestige ... )

EDIT: No VAC ban. Your game settings are probably separate from the game. Go poke arouind in "My Documents" and look for an "Call of Duty" directory. Your stuff might be in there. Back that directory up, remove it, then remove and reinstall your game.
