Your transaction cannot be completed because you have another pending transaction for one or more items in your cart. Problem

I try buy new game, and this message appear " Your transaction cannot be completed because you have another pending transaction for one or more items in your cart." Help me!

Did you buy anything through steam before this new transaction? If so, wait for the purchase to go through, then try again.

Open Account Details Then Click Store Transactions and cancel your transaction.

I cancelled my transaction then found out 20 minutes later that it went through. Took my money but my game was not placed in my library.
