Anyone else experiencing this error, happening on all my accounts. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think you must have had Steam Guard enabled for at least 15 days before you can trade, just a suspicion

You cannot trade free-to-play games.

I have naughty crates and keys that are going to expire unless I am able to trade. Seems like quite a few people are having the same problem while having Steam Guard Enabled for more then 15 days already. Any suggestions?

All my accounts are Premium, have purchased $5.00 or more in each account.

Your reading comphrehension skills suck bro. He cannot trade IN TF2, meaning he cannot trade within the game, not the game itself.
Im having the same situation and i renabled steam guard. Must it be on for 15 days before i can trade again?

As per the Community Market FAQ:
Who is eligible to participate in the Community Market?

Any Steam user who has a successful purchase on their account between 30 days and one year ago, and has Steam Guard enabled for 15 days can list items on the Community Market. If you have had your password reset by Steam Support you will need to wait another 15 days with Steam Guard enabled before you can list items on the Community Market. If a chargeback has occurred on your account you will be eligible 30 days after your next successful purchase.

AND is the word used.

You must have purchased an item on Steam within the past year (That purchase must also have been at least 30 days ago) AND Steam Guard must have been enabled for at least 15 days.

You don't have to keep the item (if you're talking about purchasing an item from the TF2 Mann Co store). You just have to have had at least one successful purchase on Steam between the two time frames given AND have had Steam Guard enabled for at least 15 days in a row.

It's not greedy. It's to help protect against fraudulent use of the Community Market.

Think about it this way:
Someone purchases an item from you for $5. That $5 goes into your Steam Wallet. You've then bought a game with that $5.
But, Oh No! The money was from stolen card details. Now you're lost your money and you've lost your game!

Sure, you'll get the item you sold back. But that game was on sale for $5. Now it's back to $10. :(
