It's not possible at the moment to bind PrnScr to the Steam screenshot feature.
Because im also VERY interested in binding the print key as the:
"Steam" / "Preferences" / "In-Game" / "Screenshot shortcut keys".
( Here's a screenshot from the concerning steam menu:
https://cdn.ndtv.com/tech/gadgets/steam_in-game_setting_steam.jpg )
I frequently forget the steam screenshots key and miss some cool pictures :-(
Binding to the print key, it's always apparent how to get a screenshot when it has to be taken quick.
PS: The link from "Quick!SaveTheChildren" isn't working anymore.
PPS: Here's another thread with that topic:

printscreen::F14
Now double click the script to run it, go into steam, set the screenshot key to your prtscr key. It will show up as f14 because of the script you made.
What happens behind the scenes is that AHK emulates pressing the F14 key when you press the prtscr key. Old big keyboards actually came with not only f1-f12 keys, but also a row of f13-f24 keys. Modern keyboards don't have this extra row of function keys (I wish they did though). The f13-f24 row is still perfectly usable in windows, for hotkeys, macros and s scripts etc, even though they're not being used for anything in Windows by default.
Keep in mind though that if you have other software reacting with thr prtscr key, like Gyazo, it might take a screenshot in the background or foreground too in addition to steam taking a screenshot.
ps, if you're reading this and also happen to have problems with steam continuously taking hundreds of screenshots when you're plugging in a game controller, and you've disabled the screenshot key in steam, try setting the screenshot key to a key you don't use (instead of having it set to None). This fixed the problem for me
