The 670 is better but it's obviously more expensive. You may wish to check your power supply however, as you might want to have at least a 500W one

Both will work with your system aslong as the powersupply is 500W or greater and you need 2 6-pin pci-e connectors. Like Satoru said it will be more expensive to go with the 670, but if there are two things you want to go all out on it's the video card and the processor.
