error 0xc0000022 when trying to run a game, help!

Hi, I can't run a game (the problem happens only with a new game I just installed a few days ago. The other games work without any problem.), each time I try, I get the error message 0xc0000022. I still haven't find from where the problem is. I did read it could be a problem with DirectX, and I actually had a problem with it. So I fixed it, but I still have the same error message.
I need help.

ifyou're getting a BSOD on a win7 box thats a tad scary.... can you put the full error message here otheriwse the 22 stop error literally means 'anything'

the error message is like : the application didn't start correctly ( 0xc0000022). Click Ok to close the application.
I don't have the Blue screen thing, just that message.

Nothing changed, the problem is still there. And I don't run overclocks.
But I found something weird, I think, when I ask steam to verify the cache files, it says there's something wrong and that it'll fix it, but it doesn't. I just reinstall the game and still, nothing changed.
