Gigabyte OCGuru program causing multiple game issues

I have managed to rectify many problems with different games just by disabling Gigabytes OCGuru program.

Heres the list that I know about:

Anno 2070
Sam and Max Seasons 1 & 2
Adams Venture 1, 2, and 3
Homefront
Red Faction 1 & 2

There may be others but these are the ones I own and were affected.

I suggest if you have problems and have this program try disabling it and see how you go.

My card is Nvidia GTX 670 OC 2Gb
OCGuro II version 1.10
Not sure if it is this combination or just the OCGuru program.
If I come across any other games I will update this post.

I have none of the games you listed as having problems with, but so far I have not encountered any problems with my gtx 660ti oc from gigabyte with the software. The only thing that was a bit of a problem was black ops 2 and the GPU clock speeds which crashes the drivers at certain points in the game. This is, however, a bug in the game, not the oc guru itself, though I have to use the oc guru to underclock and over volt the card.

Note to those experiencing display drivers crashing in black ops 2: underclock the gpu to 725MHz and over volt it to 1.2V.

Further testing has revealed this also seems to have fixed my frequent "game.exe" has stopped working, eg: most of my Ubisoft games launch first try now. It doesn't take two or three tries to get them to load past initial black screen

Also Red faction 1 & 2 are working fine now, no message about needing at least 8Mb of video memory.
