How to add bots to cs 1.6 steam version protocol 48?

There are various mods like z-bots , pod bots that modifies a few files like liblist.gam etc and others to provide bots . Now will that affect my genuiness of my game ? Aren't there any official way out ?

So , 1st question : are z-bots and the like are illegal to use with steam cs 1.6 ?
2nd question : I play competative CS. Now p48 version of cs 1.6 is radically different from p47 so i guess cs:cz will be different as well. If i play CS p48 in competition and p47 while practising my aim, it wont help me and my aim right ?
