How do I access a receipt for a purchase?
I bought a game and the 'Print' button did not respond (nor did anything else...I had to kill Steam). Yes, I got an e-mail copy but, what if I didn't or deleted it accidentally? I don't see a way to reprint it within Steam.

Thanks, Patrick

You don't. If you accidentally delete it then you're out of luck.

Steam support may be able to resend them in this case but I don't know that for a fact.

Since you have the email, what is the concern?

You can find your purchases within your account details page but not the full receipt.

Completely separate issue but ok. You bought the game from Steam itself?

Ok, so you bought it through Steam, as you had the chance to print a receipt. But... they KNOW you bought it as it is in your purchase history. The receipt won't show your key, it just shows that you made the purchase, which they know!

The only time you need a receipt is if you bought it from a retail high street shop and needed proof of purchase. You don't need it if you bought the game via Steam.

Yeah, I just bought a game and the "print receipt" button didn't work for me either. I'll just hope they will keep my Steam purchase data safe :)

Well then that store would have sent you a receipt.

And when Steam doesn't send you one?
