Paysafecard leftovers

I've got a question for Paysafecard users. This online payment method is quite new for me, sorry, I'm a newbie :).
What if I buy something for let's say 9,75 euros and use a 10 euros paysafecard. What do I do with the rest of the credits? Can I use them in the future or is the money lost? Never used it before but it seems to be a good alternative to credit card and PayPal.

If it's a german PSC you can't combine several codes, if the PSC was bought somewhere else you can.

If you're german just add the 10€ to your Steam wallet, then you will be able to use the leftovers in future purchases.

Oh, thanks, that was quick! I guess German and Austrian paysafecards are the same. Am I right?
I'm just exploring all the possibilities of Steam.
Damn, why haven't I used it before? :)

Auch in Deutschland war es bis vor ein paar Monaten noch möglich bei Zahlung mit PSC mehrere Codes einzugeben, also mehrere PSC zu kombinieren. Aufgrund einer Gesetzesänderung ist dies nun nicht mehr erlaubt. Wie es in Österreich aussieht weiss ich nicht, womöglich geht es da noch.

Falls du das Guthaben ohnehin ausschießlich für Käufe auf Steam einsetzen möchtest, kannst du wie gesagt die PSC auch einfach zum Aufladen deines Steam Guthabens nutzen und deine Käufe dann mit dem Guthaben bezahlen. Dann stellt sich deine Frage gar nicht erst.

no, you don't lose your money...you can combine more pin-codes togheter...so next time you can use the 0.25 cent paysafecard code togheter with another 10 euro paysafecard pincode....no money is lost no worries :-)
PS : for exemple , if you don't use your 10 euros pin-code after one year Paysafecard will take 2 euros a month on that pin-code until it runs out of credit ! ( 10-2-2-2-2-2 = 0 )

Since you have bought games on Steam, likely those bought from Steam Store between 30<x<365 days. Why can't you just sell something on the Steam Market for 0,41€?

That is, if you need that 41 cents on Steam, because the money from Steam Market goes on your Steam Wallet, which if you use as a primary option for payment (and is insufficient) will allow you to use a secondary payment option upon purchase (that you could use PSC for.)

Either way, I wouldn't recommend asking for money from others.

I got kinda the same problem... (Germany)
I was stupid enough not to add 25 Euros, but bought something and now only have 18 Euros left... Is there any way I can add the rest of it to my Steam Wallet, or will I have to leave the last 8 euros and wait, until I have enough?
