Can i run skyrim?

Hey i was wondering if i can run skyrim.
my specs:
intel core i3 2370m 2nd generation 2.4 ghz
intel hd 3000
4 gb ram

ps: i can run Fallout New Vegas on high textures and medium view distance 25- 45 fps

I have a Intel HD 4000 that runs skyrim on it's lowest settings, So I'm not so sure.
