Your transaction cannot be completed because you have another pending transaction on your account.

After accepting the purchase from the paypal website, it took me back as normally do to steam page but it stuck on "working..." i closed the window, i tried to buy again and i get that messsage. but idk how to cancel the pending transaction

Edit: i did it manually... You go to your account details "from top right of the screen" and there you go to pending transactions and you can cancel it

Edit 2: It seems they changed the UI, but yes, it should be on the History

I did what you all guys said, but at me says "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.". Who can help me please?

That happens sometimes when you have a problem with your credit card.

Pending transaction

Hi, I placed an order to buy a game and got an error in credit card processing. Now I cannot place another one, with another card because it keeps saying that there is a pending transaction. I already removed the old item from the basket but it did not work. I'm stuck!
Can somebody help, please?

You can usually choose to cancel a pending transaction from there if there is one listed.

Be aware that a cancelled pending transaction may still appear on your credit card for a short time. This usually goes away in 3-5 days. It is because the credit card company or bank in charge sets the money aside as soon as the transaction is attempted, and if it fails the bank has to put the money back.
