Provider block steam ports

Hey my internet provider is doushe, and blocked most of ports, so i can't login now ports opened is:
21/TCP File Transfer [Control] FTP
22/TCP The Secure Shell (SSH) Protocol SSH
23/TCP Telnet TELNET
53/TCP Domain Name Server DOMAIN
80/TCP World Wide Web HTTP HTTP

Maybe somehow i can use steam trought this blockade? if i can't can you offer some cheap and good VPN

Can you not talk to your ISP and politely ask them to open those ports for you?

i tried, but they customer service are idiots and doesn't even have a slightest clue what port is

Ask to be directed to their senior/manager/higher up stating that you are unhappy with the customer service you are being given. Do so politely, of course. Anger gets you nowhere. :)

Out of curiosity, who are your ISP (if you don't mind me asking)?
Seems odd that an ISP themselves would block the ports, unless you're using a work place network or a school network.

it's some sort of hotel that i live for few months allready, they blocked it just recently, and administration says "that they don't know and can't do anythink"

Administration staff of the Hotel, I assume you mean?
Usually the staff of the Hotel would have nothing to do with the internet provider for that Hotel, so you'll need to get on the phone to the ISP again. All I can really suggest is what I already have suggested: Ask to be referred to a higher-up.

Alternatively, I suppose you could buy a 3G/Mobile Internet dongle or something, but those can get very costly very quickly.
