Out of curiosity, who are your ISP (if you don't mind me asking)?
Seems odd that an ISP themselves would block the ports, unless you're using a work place network or a school network.
Usually the staff of the Hotel would have nothing to do with the internet provider for that Hotel, so you'll need to get on the phone to the ISP again. All I can really suggest is what I already have suggested: Ask to be referred to a higher-up.
Alternatively, I suppose you could buy a 3G/Mobile Internet dongle or something, but those can get very costly very quickly.
