Purchase Failed, no game, money paid

Hi,

Yesterday (dec. 11) i tried to buy COH: Tales of valor for €9,99, everything went good until steam froze right after the payment.

I paid the game, but the game didn't show up in the list.
Also, in my account details it says it failed, and there where no transactions. (N/A)

It take's ages before steam support is going to respond, so i wanted to ask if someone here can help me or give a tip.

If it shows up as failed on your Steam transactions, the amount taken from your bank/credit card/whatever will likely show up again in the next 48 hours to 10 day depending on your financial institutions policy on unclaimed funds.

Yep, your bank will have the funds on hold waiting to see if they're claimed. After a set period of time the funds will be returned to your account.

Are you sure it froze? Just because Steam goes into Not Responding in Task Manager, doesn't mean that it froze. Next time it does that go into the Network Tab of Task Manager and see if the Graph is fully active. If it is, then Steam is still working.
