i have this problem too they say that you have to change your map properties, but i cant change them. i am trying to do this for 3 days now.

i had this problem earlier, if you have avast-anti virus you can use the solution used in this video it worked for me. albeit, it is for a different problem, it still pertains to .DLL problems

i tried to install it in safe mode from windows and it worked but now im back in normal mode and it doesnt work anymore
can anyone help me
