COD Black Ops 2 Download

So okay I am a sucker for buying into this new game and NOT receiving a disc or game pack to load on my own . I have done the PC download however am unable to access the solo, multiplayer or zombies games! WTF. Anyone else have this problem, if so how did you solve it? Support just blows me off.

Check the Steam Icon, if it says it is working than it is updating the games you won't be able to access the games until it is done. but owning the disks won't help you with this either.

it shows ready to play, when I click on the shortcut to open/playit says I am connecting to Steam then goes away. On the other hand if I go to Black Ops it says I am connecting and takes me to the play game/options with no problem.

I updated drivers, deleted the steam files, let them reinstall and still no COD BO2.
