Rising Storm vs Digital Upgrade

The Steam store page for Rising Storm lists the pre-order on sale for $11.99 and the Digital Upgrade for $6.99. Anyone know what the Digital Upgrade is?

It upgrades the Pre-Purchase Rising Storm to Digital Deluxe. It's for people that got the game but now want to upgrade. If you want the Digital Deluxe version and did not pre purchase you just go for the Digital Deluxe not the Digital Deluxe Upgrade.

Deluxe version includes:
Day 1 Unlock of: the US M12 Trench shotgun, the Japanese Type 99 Machine Gun, the Japanese Type 99 Sniper Rifle with 4X scope (level 2), and the US M1 Garand with bayonet (Level 2).
2 Rising Storm soldier playable characters for Killing Floor.
Rising Storm and Red Orchestra 2 soundtracks.
Will include the Red Orchestra 2 Steam Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade (4 day 1 unlock weapons, 2 playable RO2 KF characters, and 2 RO2 hats in TF2).

I'm already have RO2 Deluxe. Support said, that i'm have RS too, coz bought RO2.
Is RS Deluxe Upgrade avaliable for me ?
Or how i can get Deluxe bonuses for Rising Storm ?
