Steam Store white with blue text
This started to happen a day ago.

The store is as described, white with blue text. It's very hard to navigate, it's also very ugly. There has been a solution posted, deleting cookies and htmlcache folders. Overlay files too if it didn't work but the problem still hasn't been fixed.

Is it possible this is an error on Steam's end? This only started yesterday

Could you perhaps upload a screenshot to an image hosting website, such as Imgur[imgur.com], so we can visual see what you mean, please?

I'm getting this as well. It looks like an HTML page that has failed to load fully and thus all the links and some images are listed in a linear fashion down the left edge of the page. White background and blue links. This started happening to me right after the last update (couple days ago). It's almost as though Steam client isn't formatting or completing it's load properly.

I'm having the same problem. It's also tricking my Trend Micro into thinking it's a security threat.

On the white screen with the blue wrighting click on the VIEW FEATURE upper left it will take you back to your regular view.

Is it the store on the Steam website? Or in the actual Steam program?
Taz666 May 27, 2013 @ 8:42pm
It's doing it on both. But if you click on the view feature in the steam program it will revert back to its normal view.

Ae you in the client beta?
Cerebrum123 May 27, 2013 @ 9:29pm
Where is this "View Feature", I am having the same problem.
Taz666 May 27, 2013 @ 10:31pm
You have to wave the mouse pointer around the upper left. The blue links will wink on and off. When you click "view feature" it will take you back to normal viewing.

Sounds like the CSS templates are not downloading

Try changing your DNS settings to google DNs or open dns

It happens every once and awhile in specific regions if their DNs is a bit whacked
