I can't add funds to steam wallet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is terrible i have less access than everone else because there always seems to be an error at the end of adding funds. Credit card and Paypal accounts are secure and valid. No idea y this has happened. I used to use the same Paypal account details for my last account which got hacked. Are these related maybe? However, i tried my credit card details in this account but i never did in the hacked one. What's the problem here and how could i resolve it in any way? Comment below if u have any idea why this is and if it may happen to you also.

We might be able to lend a helping hand if you quote the error message you are given when trying to add the funds to your Steam Wallet?

Well, as I said, I can't even begin to help if you don't quote the error message you are given.

Having the same issue here. The error in questions is as follows:

An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed.
Please contact Steam Support.

I have tried several different accounts and they all result in the same error, so it isnt card/account related.

I contacted Support on the issue but have yet to recieve a reply. This was done early yesterday, so they should have had time to address it, but who knows? I'll keep you informed if I hear anything from them, but I suspect it wont be anytime soon, what with it being a weekend and all...
