Trading Card Drop Rate

Does anybody know how often trading cards drop and what chance you have of getting a foil?

For normal cards theres no reset, you only get 4/5 cards per game, in portal 2 I usually get 1 cards each 12 minutes and 30 minutes in TF2.
For the foil card I dont know, I didnt get a foil card and I had 9 drops, I give it a 5% chance more or less

And what about dota 2 drop? I play since 2 days ~10h per day, and nothing dropped to me :/

You get a card drop each 9$ spent on Dota2 store

From the FAQ:

What about free to play games like Team Fortress 2 or Dota 2?

Free to play games drop game cards based on your in-game purchasing history. If you've made purchases in-game prior to the Steam Trading Card Beta, or if you purchased TF2 prior to the Free to Play Update, you'll have 4 or 5 drops available for these games. You'll receive more card drops when you buy items in game, approximately one card drop for every $9 USD spent.

How can I get trading cards?

You can get trading cards by simply by playing one of the participating games. As you play, you'll occasionally receive trading card drops which will be placed in your Steam Inventory.

Well I downloaded the woodle tree adventures from the giveaway, and there are 6 cards. I got 3 cards in the first 1.5 hours but since that I didn't get any cards but I have 4.8 hours in it.
