Need to wait 3 days everytime I buy something on store even after several months.

I am so tired of this, every single time I buy something from TF2 and DOTA2 store I need to wait 3 days
accordingly to the support If I have bought something more than 1 month ago it should be able to trade/sell on market instantly, but every single purchase I had to wait 3 days or more, My first purchase was way more than 1 month ago.

and I have googled this problem, it is a normal question and I don't see any answers

PS.: my steamguard is on, my email is verified and I only login on steam on this computer.

Consider every time you use a new payment method, there's a cooldown on purchases until the payment method is considered 'verified' (30 days after)
Are you using one-use payment methods like Wallet codes or paysafe cards?

No, I use debit credit card (even tho I save the infos it disappear when I try to buy again tho), but even if the card bugged somehow it still should not bug because the last payment was more than 1 month ago to my steam wallet (and I left some money on the wallet)
