Unistalling a game

Hey people!
I got a game in steam and I want to unistall it from my computer and give it to my friend.
However this game uses a code that most games use (you know something like VSDN5-3MF-3RDF-2FKR ETC).
iF I unistall it, will the code be lost or my friend can use it?
Also tell me a good way to unistal the game.

The game will forever be activated on your Steam Account. Uninstalling it will not mean the code is lost as you can reinstall the game on your computer from your Steam Account.

You cannot give the code to your friend; it will not work.

I have 2 accounts in 1 computer.
If I install it to my second account in the same computer will both accounts be able to run the game (not the same time ofcourse)

No. Only the account that has the game activated can play the game.
Games are tied to Steam Accounts; not to computers.

No, you can't.

Only the account that actually bought the game will be able to run it.

Try logging in with another account that doesn't and Steam will ask you to buy another copy for that account.

So, how can I remove my game from account 1 to acount 2?
Or I can't?
(Also I got the game's disk)

You can't. The game is permanently tied to the account you registered the code on.
