Problems with connecting to game servers (Counter Strike Source)

Hi, I've got a problem with connecting to game servers (CSS). When I start the game and then go to "Find Servers" function, it just says "No internet games responded to the request."
And that message do I get when I press Internet, favorites and watch. In log, friends, others. There is no servers the game could find. When I try to connect to a server through console it loads and then I get disconnected saying "Can not connect after 4 retries."

So my methods was to reinstall the game and then install it again. That didn't fix my problem.
So I tryed to totally remove steam and my steam games from my computer. Everything that had something to do with steam I deleted it and removed it. So after totally eliminated steam from my computer I installed everything again. So when I hoped for the best and started the game, It was just the same problem i. All the reinstallation was just waste of time. So I turned off my firewall, I tryed to join my firends while they was playing, I reconnected the wires to my router, I tryed to recover my computer. I tryed to close everything that were running in the background while i was playing. (downloadings, browsers, applications, etc.) All result in the same problem. I checked my other games aswell, they was fine. No problems there, servers were showing up and everything worked fine. I've got all the ports I need to the game (CSS) so thats not a problem at all. I have checked my router and nothing is wrong with that, internet connection to my computer is on the top. So its not my internet or router.

The funny thing is that my problem started when I quited Counter strike source and started the game again. before I was quiting I played games as normal. My internet was great and not problems at all. So when i reconnected to the game it just got messed up... No servers nothing.
Now this is more annoying, after have giving up tying to fix this problem alone i played Garry's mod, I played as normal on a DarkRP server. Then I quited, started the game again and there you go... the same problem as Counter strike source. My problem to CSS is like a syndrom, a disease. Some kind of a virus or something, I dont know but it infect my other games aswell...
Now I got this problem on two of my games, Counter strike source and Garry's mod.

Can anyone please tell me what is going on and please help me because this begins to take off. Please replie, I know it's alot to read but more you read then more you know my problem and what kind of problems I've got. I've sendt a message to steam support for two weeks ago but still haven't got any help/replie.

DOWNLOADED SDK Source 2007, and load it up
