Heavy traffic on download servers?

Am I the only one having trouble downloading games or even updates for the pass week? Every time I click download, data stream has been nil to a complete zero. I don't have a bandwidth cap and I can play my other steam MP games with no lag or problem. I can surf the net, download files and stream videos at max speed. For some reason I can not get any games to download on steam on all. Are steam servers undergoing maintenance or heavy traffic recently?

Find the content server you are using and see if its full.
You can change it from Steam Settings.

Thank you! It seems the recent steam client update had set a cap on download bandwidth. I just had to reset it to unlimited and download speed is now back to normal. thanks again! :)
