can i put my css and csgo in different steam accnt?

ive seen players who abandoned match in competitive csgo and they only receive 30 mins cooldown even at the first half of the game but i always get 7 days cooldown even if the match nearly ends... why?.... i wanna purchase another i got a csgo cd installer and i wanna seperate my steam accnt csgo with my css.. is it possible?

If by "separate" you mean to move your CSS or CSGO to another account, no you can't.
Games can't be transferred over accounts.

You can make a second account and repurchase whatever games you like of course; but if you always get a 7 days ban I hardly believe that's because the system chose to bully you, it's more like you're keeping a bad behavior that will inevitably get your secondary accounts banned as well.

yeah maybe its because of my behavior..but i think 7 days is too long for a cooldown by abandoning match at the middle of 2nd half.. btw i got disconnected net problem, not really my intention to abandon....but i have to purchase another csGo. (if i purchase another csgo installer i mean cd installer will it go again in my old accnt?... if i got new cd installer will it allow me to make another steam accnt coz im using CD installer not purchasing it thru credit card...

You get 7 day cool down because you have left the game too many times recently.

Nope, one game key per account. Another copy of CS:GO (or any other game) will require a different account.
