How much internet data does online gaming use?
hey guys my families been chewing through our monthly internet data very fast and i was wondering how much my multiplayer minecraft sessions would use? ive heard multiplayer doesnt use a lot but if someone could just give me a rough estimation id be very appreciative

for one minecraft is not a steam game so you should not be posting this on steam discussion you should post it on minecraft forums and two it roughly uses about 200mb for an hour in my household(and thats playing minecraft multiplayer)

It does not have to be a Steam Game. Anyone can help on this forum. Though i'm not sure how much data Minecraft uses. It is CPU intensive though.

use software like networx or something that can monitor traffic, also, i think if you are on win8 its built into the task manager so you can see what is using your nic
