Games stutter on big picture mode

Hello,

I've found that I can't use big picture mode (my preferred way since I play on a tv and steam messages are too small in reg mode) without the game I am plying stuttering horribly.

For example, I can play bioshock infinite on ultra settings with no issues in regular mode, but as soon as I switch to big picture mode Bioshocks stutters horribly - even at lowest graphics settings.

Anyone else ecperience this issue? any suggestions?

AMD 7850 with 2 gb ram
8 gb ram

32 inch 1080p tv for display

I have exactly the same problem. Games run fine in regular mode but really juddery in Big Picture Mode!
Any ideas please - anyone?

Stygmata my issue ended up being caused by Bioshock iinfinite. i had no problem with any other game.

I have it with Alan Wake and Witcher 2 - most others seem fine!

Same problem here. Makes big picture mode a total No go for me. The framerate doesnt drop for me, but it freezes for about half a second every two seconds consistantly.

Same problem here on both two different machines (both OSX)...i know I know.
