SORRY, WE COULDN'T ADD YOUR ITEM!

I'm trying to purshase some games on sale.
But when I add them to the cart, there's a long wait before my shopping cart screen shows.
There it says "SORRY, WE COULDN'T ADD YOUR ITEM!". And the buttons for "Purshase for yourself", "purshase for a friend" is grayed out.

I've tried with two different games, and I've checked that I have enough money on my bank account.

The sale item are on sale til monday. So I hope someone can help me pretty quick.

I bought one game for 97 cents and then i have 18 dollars and some change left over from a 20 dollar gift card that i got from my fiancé. the transaction for the first game went through like it was supposed to. then i tried to buy subnautica for 17 dollars on sale and i had money left over. it told me There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance. so i tried to buy 2 games for 14 dollars with 18 dollars still in my account and it still says the same thing. i don't know what to do.
