Anybody get a broken copy of MLB 2K12 from Steam lately

Hi all. Earlier this week I bought a copy of MLB 2K12 on Steam. It's a broken copy. It'll go through first time load, it'll allow you to setup your game profile and then it locks up every single time you load it after. To all owners of MLB 2K12 on Steam, are any of you having the same issue with your copy, new or from the past? That is all. Thanks. Out!
