How do I reset C.S. 1.6 to default?

Hey, I've updated my c.s. 1.6 and now it moves like *****. How can I reset it back to default? Or what settings should I apply. I've tried to select slow video card, and unselect vsync, but it still doesn't work. Any sugestions? Please help. Thank you
