Unable to connect to steam or to the steam website.

Hi everyone i was wondering if anybody else have having similar issues.

For the last week or so, I have be unable to connect to the steam network with the client, and I have been unable to connect to the any of the steam websites via my browser. I do however have access to http://cdn.store.steampowered.com/ for some reason. I do not have any other none-steamrelated internet problems.

If I use my ipad or iphone as a modem, which is on the 3G network, i have complete access. I can ping and tracert all steam related servers and I can access steam via the client.
I am writing this using my iphone as a modem on my desktop computer.

I have tried the following with both my laptop and desktop computers without success:

Bypasing my router. (still no access to steam)

tracert to the store.steampowered.com (get complete timeout)

Using diffrent DNS servers (my ISP DNS, OpenDNS and google DNS) (still not working)

pinging store.steampowered.com (208.64.202.69) (100% loss)

pinging steampowered.com (208.64.202.68) (100% loss)

pinging cdn.store.steampowered.com (87.248.207.253) (success, I can ping this! why?)

I have used wireshark to take a look at the TCP stream, I am sending packets to steam, but i do not get any respons.

My best guess is that steam have either blocked my IP or having some serious routing issues in the network.
Does anyone have any ideas?
