Garry's mod randomly quits itself

I've been playing GMod for a while now and it didn't start happening until recently. Basically, it seems that when ever I'm playing GMod (more specifically when I create a server for me and my friends to play on) it randomly just quits and brings me back to the desktop. There doesn't seem to be a consistency between them, not time or doing a certain thing, the only thing I can count on is that eventually the game will just quit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the same thing happens to me if i pull out like some sweps or weapons or play for a while it just QUITS like what the hell!!!!!! it's never happened before

it just happens to me when i load a server for more then one server but its not randomly quiting its crashing Gmod is not that relieyable remember its a mod thats why its called GMOD

This might alo be a way of not abusing your computer itself crashing Gmod to not crash your computer or something of that nature

This also happens to me... It keeps saying I'm running out of memory, thought I have no idea what's causing this.
